My team helped grow the program from awarding hundreds of certifications back in 2016 to awarding 40,000+ certifications a month and over 500,000 certifications a year. We also turned HubSpot Academy into a viable lead-gen engine that helped build pipe for the HubSpot sales team.This team expanded the use of credentials to create and grow verified pools of talent across HubSpot’s ecosystem. The team was responsible for growing the usage of badges, certifications, and accreditations at HubSpot. I helped work cross-functionally to build the accreditation program at HubSpot for our partners to differentiate themselves and help HubSpot outsource services effectively.
