  I worked in an oncology lab looking to understand the role of the immune system on the development of liver and brain metastases. My role revolved around using flow cytometry, from data analysis to protocol optimization. I also taught Master students on how to perform the technique. I was also involved in mouse surgeries, injections, and colony maintenance, as well as cell line maintenance.
