It has been a great pleasure to work with Julien. Thanks to his skills and positive attitude, he has been able to successfully manage several teams in the production, in the engineering as well as in the OpEx. His main strength is the capacity of implementing changes, managing the Engineering teams and achieving clearly defined objectives in a timely manner. Responsible professional with a vast experience in GMP manufacturing operations, engineering, process improvements and OpEx. He also accompanied me in the implementation of the Lean 6Sigma, streamlining processes, and achieving increased employee’s efficiency, accuracy and quality. Successfully managed several projects of improvements, 6Sigma and he was deeply involved in 5-10 year strategy. He was a recognized as a key player in the Company: outside his technical & analytic skills, he demonstrated strong management skills and performed a very strong lead in every project assigned to him. Things are well thought before actions are taken and progress are followed up.
