I have managed Julie for several years when she was one of the Supervisors at our Customer Support Center. Julie is a real team player, honest and a hard worker. Julie was very dedicated to her work, always met her deadlines and was very pleasent to work with. Within the Supervisor team, Julie played a crucial role and one of her strenghts was analyzing data and building reports, that helped to make the right decisons moving forward. She was not afraid to take difficult decisions but alwso was able to coach the custmer support agents in a good and structural way.
