I had the extreme pleasure of working with Julie during her tenure with Staples. Regardless of what role I was in, I could count on her to be a great HR partner. She practiced fair and consistent policy administration, while ensuring the best interest of all parties was met. As my 'legal sounding board', Julie would go above and beyond to help me with any need I had. I never doubted her recommendations! As the HR Manager for our contact center, she encouraged good record-keeping and documentation skills. She taught each manager how to be a better leader through Vital Learning classes and yearly compliance classes such as Preventing Sexual Harassment and Union Avoidance. Julie is one of the most dedicated and passionate senior managers that I know! I can honestly say that because of her, I am a better manager today.
