  I am responsible for managing a significant team working to facilitate the most effective maintenance contract solutions for medical equipment for the NHS. Key responsibilities include ensuring that customers are paired with the most appropriate service providers who will return savings and keep service levels at the correct specification to retain maximum operational output. Within the role I have a proven track record of process improvement, relationship development, mediation in disputes and change management. Working at a high level, the role has enabled me to shape strategic direction within the business and influence the delivery of savings and improved service delivery into the NHS.
