Responsibilities included growing Parkvue Community’s Medicare and Managed Care case mix by growing the number of referrals and admissions from my assigned territory between Cleveland and Toledo and by maintaining strong professional relationships with key contacts according to company mission and policies. Established protocols and policies for inclusion in preferred partnerships and ACO's with referring hospitals. Attended SNF collaborative meetings on behalf of Parkvue with collation and reporting of outcome performance metrics, including BPCI metrics. Worked closely with the Director of Marketing to develop signature events and programming for residents and Sandusky and Perkins communities. Was an active member with Sandusky Rotary Club and Erie County Chamber of Commerce. Served as the Team Leader for Parkvue for the 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
