      My initial role with Nuance was as a HR Advisor covering 1 store at Manchester Airport providing very general HR support and advice most specifically focusing on recruitment and employee relations. I also covered several TUPE transfers including the Bristol and Belfast airport stores. In 2002 I was chosen as the HR lead for the transfer of 15 airport stores in Sweden. On return from Sweden I was promoted into the role of HR and Training Manager.
