Toi Ohomai is the Bay of Plenty’s largest tertiary education provider and is a subsidiary of Te Pūkenga. I was part of the Marketing, Events and Communication team. This was a project management role, creating printed and online material such as the annual report, course guides and student handbooks. My tasks included information gathering, writing, editing, layout planning, design oversight, and managing feedback and sign offs. I regularly assisted my team with interviewing, writing and peer editing to fulfil other content and communication outputs, such as graduate profiles and news stories. I also created the institute’s inaugural Crisis Communications Plan. Show less
