I would like to recommend Dr. Julie Radlauer-Doerfler, as a co-presenter and collaborator for work around building an equitable behavioral health system. Dr. Julie's, research was intentional, and family centered when she co-authored the EASE curriculum. She was also intentional about how she captured a family's story to ensure that the family's culture and experience remained centered. Dr. Julie acknowledges that implicit and explicit bias can show up working with families. She is accountable when bias appears and willing to receive feedback when we have worked together. If you are looking for a person that has empathy, compassion, and the research to create an equitable behavioral health system, Dr. Julie Radlauer-Doerfler is highly recommended.
