Julie is the Manager in charge of the care at Age UK Thanet , in both the day centre & for the outreaches we run . She does an excellent job , she is a caring person putting the clients first all the time .She is never rushed even when working under pressure and has a great way of managing staff getting the most from them . Julie is accurate in what she does and is always prepared to give her time & effort willingly . It is not uncommon to see her working weekends for the benefit of others not herself . Julie is completely trustworthy & honest and has a pleasant manner which makes a great boss . We have been very fortunate to have her working for us , long may that continue !
