• I am responsible for updating student and faculty grant application materials, tracking grant questions and applications, and following grant recipients’ progress. • I contribute to the research and writing of the Faculty Tenure packets sent to the review committee to confer tenure status for Sam Fox School faculty. • I aid the Communications Department in maintaining and posting content to the School’s website and the Sam Fox School intranet in WordPress. I also helped to audit resource and policy information to update and migrate content from the School’s old website to the new site, set to launch in the summer of 2021. • I have served on the Sam Fox School’s Strategic Planning Steering Committee and Entrepreneurship and Practice sub-committee; partaking in brainstorming, research, notetaking, meeting facilitation, writing and editing contributions for the concept papers, which will shape the 10-year strategic plan for the school. • I monitor our Event Management System; aiding staff, faculty, students, and outside groups to rent spaces and plan events on campus. • I have built online student, faculty, and staff surveys in Qualtrics and analyzed the data to generate insightful reports. • I greet visiting perspective students and sign them in for campus tours and portfolios reviews. • I field questions and concerns for our students and faculty regarding our facilities and help maintain the classroom technology in the the Weil Hall seminar rooms and critique spaces. • I order supplies for the Dean’s Suite office and purchase food, catering, decorations, entertainment, etc. for School events, reporting all transactions to the Finance Office in expense reports. • For the 2020-2021 academic year I have been the sole point of onsite staff support for our students and faculty 2-3 days a week and demonstrated my flexibility and ability to work productively from home.
