An adept lead IQA, I undertook rigorous and robust internal quality assurance and monitored the effectiveness of IQA; I managed the OTLA process of staff and managed internal ISO procedures. National lead for ISO systems and classroom based provision; I had a quality assurance responsibility for 8 Training centres. I completed annual self- assessment of our provision for the Quality Improvement Plan and for Ofsted. Lead IQA for Essential Skills and employability qualifications, I assessed and quality assured TAQA certificates for Age UK staff. Provided effective national delivery of qualification updates and training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
