These products serve the residential, multi family, and light commercial HVAC markets. Heating & Cooling Products was founded in 1955 by the Bluestones as LB Manufacturing. The manufacturing facility was located in Cleveland, Ohio. The primary focus at that time was selling to the HVAC contractor. LB Manufacturing relocated in 1977 to our current location in Mount Vernon, Ohio. The year 1982 brought about a major change in the company as it was purchased by the Blaushilds. During this time the business focus changed. In order to grow, the decision was made to sell our product through wholesale distribution channels. It was here the name was changed from LB Manufacturing to Heating & Cooling Products (HCP). Growth again brought about expansion with the opening in 1984 of our Byesville, Ohio facility. Later in 1999, a new steel receiving dock and additional warehousing space was added to our Mount Vernon location as well as in 2005 expanding our Byesville facility to its current size. Over the past few years we have made many changes to keep evolving with market demands. HCP has broadened our product offerings and continues to look for ways to improve quality, service, and meet our growing customer demands. Today’s Heating and Cooling Products proudly manufactures and distributes in over 25 states and Canada.
