      Module lead for Clinical Imaging 4, which involved delivering a 20 credit module to third year undergraduate medical imaging (MI) students. The topics covered included management and leadership in the NHS, team building, self-awareness, equality and diversity issues, skills for employment and the legislative frameworks that supports radiography. I also taught practical intravenous cannulation skills in this module. Module Lead for Pathology for Radiographers, another 20 credit module delivered to second year MI students. I set and marked the exams for both of these modules. I have undertaken the personal tutor role for all 3 stages of students. I took part in Aim Higher workshops in Devon to promote radiography as a profession to school leavers. I covered clinical tutor visits, which involved visiting students on placement ensuring that the students had sufficient support in place. I kept my clinical skills up to date by holding an honorary contract at Derriford hospital in Plymouth. I attended once a week and I rotated through all departments to include general radiography, CT, MRI, A&E and angiography and I attended in-house clinical CPD activities wherever possible.I completed the Pg Dip component of a Masters in NHS management and leadership. In addition to this I also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice to ensure that I had the correct background knowledge and skills necessary to teach in an university environment.
