It is a pleasure to endorse Julie Mercer. For more than 20 years, I have been an administrative professional and it was an honor to work with a real professional such as Julie. My first contact with Julie was during the summer of 2008, when she came to work for Mylan as a temporary worker. Julie wore many hats including project work and administrative support. Julie was conscientious and energetic with a desire to learn and understand processes. Julie was hired to support a VP and his team and became a member of the administrative team in my department. I have an enormous respect for Julie’s competence and integrity. Her creative ideas for presentations and activities were innovative and effective. Julie lead the effort that successfully changed a department process and that process is still in place today. Julie has remarkable leadership and management skills and is a true asset.
