As manager of the JCC Project Chesed Helpline I received phone calls related to a variety of issues. Follow up consisted of returning calls and completing intake forms. Once a month I met with a committee of dedicated volunteers to brainstorm how we can best serve our callers. The JCC Project Chesed Helpline was a true working community resource network where we connected people in need to resources in the community.
