  Oversee head trainer plan a circuit of exercises and set up exercise equipment for them to use during an hour training. I've been quizzed on clients body positions and which muscles they are using to get the best workout. I've also learned how to talk to the class and keep them excited and challenged during their work out. I have written research papers that have taught me a lot about the health industry showing me that being a personal trainer is more than just exercise. I learned to teach the clients how to think, feel, eat, and live healthy. We can reach their goals together. Show less
