  Responsibilities include: 1. Identification and implementation of EB scenarios from METI and California Simulation Alliance reflective of curriculum flow in the areas of: medical surgical nursing, maternal health nursing, psychiatric nursing, geriatric nursing, and pediatric nursing 2. Design of new scenarios reflective of current nursing EBP, Beta testing of new scenarios, and scenario redesign to improve student acquisition of learning objectives 3. Identification and Implementation of tiered scenarios to facilitate understanding of the nursing process from beginner to graduate nursing student 4. Maintenance and programming of METI/CAE high fidelity adult and pediatric mannequin simulators and Gaumard High-fidelity birthing and infant simulators to enable student learning Show less
