Setting up the next prior authorization so the patient can continue with therapy after previous authorization expires for Pharmacy and Medical Benefits. · Working orders in RX home. Researching patient’s current prior authorization information, faxing doctor’s office the paperwork to complete and return back.· Enter new prior authorization information into the system.· Calling doctors offices when needed to make sure they received the prior and have them complete and send back. Calling patient and insurance plans as needed.· Special projects as assigned.

Replenishment Lead

Replenishment Lead on the Production Floor. Leading a team of replenishers. Check in incoming medication, verifying that incoming medication is correct to what was ordered. · Restock production line stations, moving products from station to station and straighten overstock shelves. · Provide team guidance on time management, questions, and direction on tasks. · Enter the team’s monthly production numbers for reporting statistics. · Set up product moves and find new locations for current stock. · Serve as back up for the mailroom, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. · Enter return orders into Mailrx, setting up credits and morgue medications when needed. · Scan verbal slips and enter those orders into Mailrx.Support with morgue medications, entering those into a spreadsheet for tracking and taking · labels off the product and boxing up for later pickup. · Help the production line in all stations and help ship packing orders. · Perform data entry of scanned prescriptions sent into mail order pharmacy. Enter all information from patient’s prescriptions/order forms into computer. · Work in the specialty queues that require more research/information to enter order. · Maintain department productivity and accuracy standards.
