My current role involves integrating technology at the High School level and across the district. I work with administration, IT, teachers students, and parents to facilitate the learning process through the use of technology. In the absence of a current IT Director, I attend all IT department meetings when my course schedule allows, assisted in creating the 2018-2019 IT budget including capital expenditures, plus facilitating this year's online MCAS testing, and facilitate MCAS accommodations that require technology interventions. We currently use Aspen, Active Directory, Google for Education, and have deployed desktops, laptops, tablets, Citrix servers, Chromebooks in carts and also our Chromebook 1:1 program which will be deployed in grades 7-11 in the 2018-2019 school year.
