Responsible for startup and running of R&D laboratories. Purchasing equipment, supervising installations, chemical storage, containment, spills, MSDS knowledge, safety shower and PPE requirements. Working independently most of the time. Gathering materials, labeling, sorting, shipping, dividing into test, some with complicated matrixes with parallel testing, collected data and reported to engineer. Supervised test and ensured they ran smoothly and in a timely manner. Created a Benchmarking procedure for comparing sets of multi-vendor products for customers. Benchmarks took approximately 6 weeks to complete and ran on 26 different test. Have been a trainer, training facilitator, subject matter expert, offered a coach position, had Team Skills training, Culture training, documentation writer, SPC, gage recall and have class 1 clean room experience.
