Julie joined the WildWorks management team in late 2019 as our VP of Marketing, and her impact was both immediate and dramatic. We needed an executive who could build an internal marketing department from the ground up, while simultaneously taking over the strategy and execution of multimillion dollar campaigns for existing games and new product launches. Julie hit the ground running, coming up to speed on our IPs quickly, identifying strategic opportunities, vetting vendors and creating RFPs, and mapping out a detailed multiyear plan to build a world-class marketing team. She recruited top-notch people into her group and organized them to create a high performance team, managing product marketing strategy, PR, user acquisition, reporting and analytics, and close collaboration with the product development groups. She was a driven, energetic advocate for the company and for her employees, fostering a culture of upbeat productivity and creative excellence. Julie is adept at building and managing teams, working across disciplines to get results, conceiving marketing strategy at both the company and product level, and assembling the data needed to effectively track and present her team’s performance. I was new to marketing with some experience in social media and she took the time to teach me skills that I will be using for years to come. You will not find a more generous and helpful team leader.
