      During the time at REL, I taught 9th grade English and AVID. For 3 years, I was the AVID Site Coordinator and AVID elective teacher for a program of 180 students. I served the campus through a variety of committees and leadership roles through the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), Apple Distinguished Committee, 90th Anniversary Committee, ELA department leader, and student teacher mentor.
