I had to work closely with Miss Julie, who was on the Testing Team, when both of us were working on the SLBT project at Optimal SatCom. Miss Julie would always take the time to answer any questions you might have about a specific issue on a ticket or to help you reproduce some issue that you are having trouble reproducing yourself. She was easy going, friendly, helpful, and diligent. There have been many times that some issues or edge cases were missed during my own testing or during code review that Miss Julie was able to catch because of her diligence. It is a quality that I, as a developer, have come to greatly appreciate as it makes sure that the bugs don't propagate down the line or make it to the end user. Some of the qualities that I listed (being friendly, diligent) are essential qualities for everyone on the Quality Assurance team, and may seem like qualities that everyone would start out with, and you would be wrong. The issue becomes much more pronounced when you are working in a small team and don't have others that you can go to instead and the recent past has just made me value Miss Julie's work ethics even more.
