Julie first placed me in a role 7 years ago, after dealing with various agencies I found her professionalism, understanding of my needs and determination to help me succeed second to none. As a candidate she provided such a great service that in my new role when it came to expanding my team I immediately approached Julie to work with me. Over the past 6 years I have hired many people all of which came through Focus Resourcing. Julie was exceptional at understanding the needs of the business, our customers and the requirements I had as a manager. She has always been on hand to help at short notice and I always knew she would only send me candidates she believed would be right rather than bombarding me with any candidates Focus may have on at the time. Through the success of our working relationship I was able to extend Focus's services to the rest of the business and Julie has since become one of the top recruitment consultants used. Just recently I took voluntary redundancy and Julie was on hand straight away, advising me on my CV and selling me to companies. Julie not only offered to put my CV forward for roles I may be interested in but also offered to speak to any company that I might be interested in. I have over the years recommended Julie to many friends and they have all said the same thing 'she really is a great consultant, never pushy and always keeping you updated even if there is nothing suitable at the time' I have just taken on a role Julie put me forward for, due to the location of the people I needed to speak to the interview process was longer than usual however Julie was once again her brilliant self, keeping the communications flowing between all parties and doing her best to move things along as swiftly as possible. I can't thank her enough for all that she has done. Julie really is a an absolute pleasure to work with and a true asset to the company. I know that she will be the first person I will be contacting in the future should I have recruitment needs.

Having worked with one of the directors of Focus Resourcing previously I was offered an opportunity to join this new company and build a client base from the ground up which was a challenge I could not refuse. 6 years on we have built a very successful Recruitment Consultancy together and believe we are the best in Reading. I would welcome the opportunity to show you how working with us could improve your recruiting process so feel free to contact me anytime.
