Julie is one of the very best project managers and business systems analysts I have worked with. She is grounded in the fundamentals of project management and has a deep understanding of Salesforce.com. In her engagement with us, Julie assisted in interviewing our stakeholders. She was able to filtered out the salient business requirements and developed a plan to adapt and deploy Salesforce.com to our sales team. She was fluent in the customization of salesforce.com. This allowed us to make quick, on-the-fly adjustments and tweaks to the user interface. This had a significant positive effect on user adoption. I appreciated her work ethic. She would return emails at all hours of the night and would consistently follow through on her commitments. She is a reliable, hard working professional.

I worked under Julie as both a Project Engagement Manager as well as a direct report. Julie is an exemplary project manager whose ability to track details, drive projects and produce results is remarkable. As a manager she continually provided me with mentoring, opportunities for leadership and a feedback loop. I felt supported and recognized for my contributions. Now on the industry side, I would want Julie to run any project that I was tasked with managing. Julie provided me with an example of how to be a manager who supported and grew her team.
