Simply put Julie rocks!! Not only does she know what she's talking about as a true professional, she lives it as an athlete. And if you have a problem she hasn't seen before, she'll do the research to figure it out. I know this because I had a unique problem from a relatively simple injury. Physical therapy can be really boring. But if you put in the effort and do the work she asks of you, she'll find exercises that actually make physical therapy fun. Which makes recovery seem a lot less of a chore. Highly recommend.
