PHILANTHROPY: Define and execute the philanthropic strategy leading the department to execute over 700 charity events annually and raise over $7 million. Created Soul Volunteer Program and implemented the “SoulScholarship” Program: a 16 week mentorship program for at-risk youth to attend SoulCycle classes and educational workshops including Job Readiness, Nutrition & Fitness.
