  What can I say - I LOVE what I do! I grew up in Blue Ridge, GA and am a life long native of this beautiful area that offers gorgeous mountain living, breathtaking lakes and rivers for recreational pleasure, and much more! Fannin County is made up largely of USFS which helps to maintain the natural beauty of the area - and that makes my job very pleasant! I guess you could say that my family has been enjoying this small corner of North Georgia for generations now - so I have a special place in my heart for the area that I promote. I have always been involved in my family's real estate involved businesses which has helped to expand my knowledge through personal experience with land development, new construction, sales and marketing....and I truly enjoy it!! I have experience in the building process, from knowing minimum requirements and recommendations for a buildable lot or useable land, right up to obtaining necessary permits, working with builders, selecting materials for efficiency, and finishing the project!   I helped for several years to manage my family's land development business.
