The FCGB is in charge of compensating the victims of car accidents when the guilty party is not insured. My service was responsible of getting the money back from the guilty party. We thus had to e-mail, call the guilty party, make plans of reimbursement in function of their official situations, verify that those plans were respected at every delays.
