Julie Dermansky is a photographer . She is an Affiliate Scholar at The Center for the Study of Genocide, Conflict Resolution, a Thomas J. Watson Fellow and a recipient of an NEA grant. When not on assignment, Dermansky covers stories around the world that she is drawn to relating to social and environmental justice. Her clients include-The times Of London, The Guardian, The Washington Post, Der Spiegle, Essence Magazine, and the SOuthern Poverty Law Center. Julie Dermansky is a photographer .
