Julie Cwik isn't just a terrific and precise Learning Experience Designer but also a wonderful person. Her hands-on Instructional Design, strategy, utilization of the ADDIE methodology, and exceptional client management skills truly earned my respect and appreciation. She has set clear SMR expectations, been insightful during stakeholder meetings and has consistently completed her work independently with minimal supervision. Besides being a joy to work with, Julie Cwik is a take-charge person who is able to present creative solutions to complex problems and communicate the benefits to the project stakeholders. I thoroughly appreciated collaborating with her as an independent consultant.

I am writing to recommend Julie Cwik. When Julie transitioned roles to another department within ACS, I was hired as her SESAP replacement. The role was highly technical in nature, and the system we used idiosyncratic to our organization. Our surgeon-clients were relying on our system to work well, in order for them to maintain their certification as surgeons, so it was imperative that no spinning plates be dropped. Julie, even though she was in a new role of her own, was infinitely patient with me as I came to her to ask questions and to share institutional knowledge about common problems we would want to avoid in our next edition of the same product. I cannot say enough what a gift it was to have Julie, not just still on staff, but such an open, welcoming presence, eager to share information and come up with solutions to problems. She explained things clearly, and was able to make connections to avoid issues that would have cost our customers time, money, and goodwill. I am forever grateful to have had her as my trainer. She would be a conscientious, detail-oriented, and positive-minded addition to any team. I give her my highest recommendation.
