      Responsilble for monitoring and managing project costs and reporting outputs to Operational teams and the Managing Quantity Surveyor. Operationally responsible for cash flow, maximising value and minimising future liabilities. Assist with compilation of monthly Management accounts. Collate financial information for internal / external audits and general assistance with ad-hoc reports. Procurement, management and administration of Subcontractors. Regular review and update of Risk and Opportunity Registers. Ensure WIP and Debtors are kept to a minimum. Maximisation of sales / variations. Control and expedite payments from the clients and maintain and keep up to date Contract files. Ensure that all site staff understand the contract documents, in order to satisfy the client’s requirements. Monitor progress against the contract programme.
