Julie is an exceptionally gifted and committed team member assisting the CEO and upper management and all of the organization’s staff, board and organization members, donors, guests and visitors simultaneously with unparalleled responsiveness, confidentiality and respect. She takes care of requests from everyone proficiently and caringly in person, through the phone, texts or emails. She is instrumental in daily processes and special events and projects, introducing efficiencies and always producing high quality results. This was even more essential as she helped pivot the organization to remote and hybrid functionality allowing all of the business operations including grant proposals, invoicing, programming and meetings to not only continue but meet the increased need during the past two years. I know through experience that with minimal details she will take ownership of the task to research and create polished, thorough results-far exceeding expectations.
