      I started with Furdunkin in June of 2020 as their (at-home) scheduler for the mobile unit; helping to build their customer base and finding the most efficient route possible, daily. My superior customer service helped to grow the business as we moved on to open what would become a well-known, sought-out Veterinary Urgent Care Center, just outside of Lancaster City. I continued to help grow the business by utilizing my nursing skills in patient care. After years of being in the industry, I found myself, sadly as many in this industry do, feeling burnt out and needing a change... and here I am; searching for a position where a work life balance is encouraged yet the pay does not leave my bank account negative by the time the next pay period rolls around. I give phenomenal customer service, and have an intelligent mind, strong work-ethic am a quick learner and have always aspired to be the best I can be in every position I've ever held.

      I started out as a veterinary assistant, non-credentialed technician for 5 years, prior to being promoted to management. After 4 years management with a large corporation (for part of which we were in the midst of a pandemic) I gained a multitude of skills sets, including supporting the staff and clients, while trying to maintain the most recent standards of CDC recommendations. I have since had the opportunity to expand on my beliefs and experiences with a company that is striving to truly make a difference...not only for the pet and their parents, but the employees who make it a reality, too.
