Julie er én af de få, som udover at være en virkelig dygtig og kompetent sælger også er en kæmpe gevinst som salgschef. Hun er resultatorienteret i en helt ekstraordinær grad, hun opnår følgeskab fra sine medarbejdere – fordi hun er autentisk som leder og menneske. Hun er aldrig bange for at gå forrest og vise vejen.
