At Alaska Airlines I had the pleasure of working with Julie while she and I were in multiple roles at the company. In both cases Julie was serving an employee communication role in airports and later Director - Employee Communications. I worked with her when I was in the roles of Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering at Alaska Airlines and Vice President Labor Relations. I always thought highly of Julie for her attitude, high energy, and passion for the team and the work. I worked with her mainly on employee communication and this was a time in which employee communication was being recognized as more and more important within the company. Julie was very good at engagement, leadership, project planning and execution. I certainly endorse her and if you are looking for a solid leader, she is worthy of a review.
