Oversee the catalog, price list and promotions set-up and ongoing management of Awards programs and promotions in a highly collaborative environment, requiring significant interfaces with leaders in other disciplines and organizational areas to prioritize and deliver requests and projects across the R&F Commerce suite. Direct projects and processes that have a high degree of complexity and multiple integration points within R&F and Maritz Motivation Solutions. Ensure client and participant experiences are maintained at the highest possible level with immediate resolution of any issues. Directly impacts financials driving to projects.
