Recently Julie-Ann assisted Glenelg Hopkins CMA with project management services to facilitate an organisational change project which we were undertaking. We found Julie-Ann to be very well prepared, enthusiastic, passionate and extremely knowledgeable in the change management space. Julie-Ann strived to seek an understanding not only of the project but also of our organisation, external impacts, key stakeholders, internal pressures and the desires of our Executive, Management and People and Culture Teams. She challenged us when needed and sought to obtain the best outcome for all involved. We would highly recommend Julie-Ann for similar projects in the future.

I had the pleasure of leading and working with Julie Ann on a major project in Vic Govt. During that time, she was handling the key cultural change elements required to ensure that key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization were kept included and informed on the journey. Her extremely strong skill sets, accompanied by her high EQ, and an authentic caring for those around her, shone through. In many ways, she was the heart of the project. I would work with her again anytime, and am sure she will be an asset to any organization fortunate enough to have her on their team.
