Julie really knows her way around disaster recovery, CDBG, FEMA and community planning. I’ve worked with her over the years in pre and post disaster recovery planning, coordination and implementation.

I have known Julie for many years. I first met Julie while she worked at Bay County as a student intern. Since that time, we have worked on a couple large-scale projects together over the years, including the Panama City Post Disaster Redevelopment Plan and the Gadsden County Competitive Florida Partnership Program. I have high respect for Julie and her knowledge of planning programs and practices. She has always shown the utmost professionalism, and has high regard for all those she works with. I have been encouraged by her dedication to the field, and am honored to have had the opportunity to have worked with her so many times over the years. She is a true asset to the planning profession.
