  In my role as editorial assistant at JEECA, the Journal for European Ethnology and Cultural Analysis, I am responsible for arranging the English translations of scientific articles that were previously published in the German "Zeitschrift für Empirische Kulturwissenschaft", the Austrian "Österreichischen Zeitschrift für Volkskunde", and the Swiss "Schweizerisches Archiv für Volkskunde" – all of which are the most prestigious peer-reviewed germanophone journals on empirical cultural studies. I am communicating with the authors, the publisher, and the translator to facilitate a smooth editing process. Additionally, I also proof and edit parts of the articles myself. Show less
