  At Gard I provide strategic planning and design for large, complex web projects for clients in mission-critical sectors such as government, healthcare and energy. This involves creating the information architecture, user experience and user interface design, and conducting usability testing. I manage all of Gard's interactive/website projects, including proposal writing, liaising across departments, creating budgets, and coordinating web team members. During each website project I take the client organization through an effective strategic communications and design process that pinpoints the organization's needs, identifies audiences, aligns those needs and audiences with goals, and delivers an outstanding product on time and on budget. I help clients articulate their mission and identity, communicate their knowledge and purpose to the community, and amplify the value of their work. I help organizations resolve complex communication issues to better connect with their audiences.
