  Assisting the BCW Workforce in expanding registered apprenticeship opportunities through a grant from Apprentice Ohio, a faction of Ohio's Department of Labor. I coordinate efforts to connect high school youth with employers in manufacturing and construction which develops a pipeline of skilled labor to the employers we partner with, aids students in obtaining industry credentials/finding them employment, and decreases employers' turnover rates in order to help boost the economies of Butler, Clermont, and Warren counties.
