The experience of working for a boarding school has completely shaped my human and teaching skills. Working at IPAE has provided me with a large training on managing over 11 large classes from middle and high school besides coordinating a Bilingual Project. We had multiple seasonal Geography projects with students, coordinated volunteer work with them in the school community and created prep courses for a range of Colleges and Universities. The intense contact with students within the campus has touched me as an educator in many ways and working alongside them, as a teacher and mentor, truly changed me for the better. Show less

Working as a volunteer at Liquid Church has given me the pleasure of being part of an amazing and impactful organisation whose staff gets things done by a cooperative and hard-working team. Organisationally Liquid is well set and prepared based on what's best for its community which is inspiring. I've learned the skills to be part of a non-profit where all the work has to be done by a small group of people with the same quality of a big company and so we learn how to be leaders and followers at the same time for the sake of the organisation's vision for its people. Working for Pier 49 Ministries was an amazing experience in developing a fast paced work on scheduling, trip planning and working with accounting and finances.
