      Juliana No had the idea of founding HWL in 2017 when she proposed the idea to Deisamar de Soto and Ivaneska Calixto. The organization didn't start to take shape until January 2020 with the EMPRESARIAS 2020 event. This event created a movement and changed the shape of what HWL was going to be, becoming a part of it. Hispanic Women Leaders (HWL) is a for-profit organization linking international Spanish speaking women leaders through networking and unique events. Under it's brand, the platform EMPRESARIAS for professional women and female entrepreneurs allows women all over to educate themselves and connect through a monthly membership on subjects such as finance, marketing, human resources, and even motivation. Memberships on the learning platform start at $20 per person and include corporate memberships for companies of different sizes.
