Partner with 170+ staff across all levels to maximize operational execution and recommend changes to enhance effectiveness. Assist in shaping annual strategic plans and budgets in collaboration with executive leaders. Liaise regularly with the CEO and COS to provide comprehensive updates on ongoing/anticipated projects and associated deadlines. This includes putting together information packages with all appropriate materials to support CEO/COS decision-making. Oversee all aspects of a 6K+ model architectural archive collection. I also created a specialized system that has reduced collection management costs by $56K, while boosting efficiency. Was empowered by the CEO to manage Gehry family philanthropic efforts and political contributions, ranging up to $500K. Was integrally involved in fundraising for the CEO’s nonprofit endeavor, Turnaround Arts California. I secured contributions anywhere from $500 up to over $1M from individuals and organizations. Work hand-in-hand with major publications such as the LA & New York Times and Vanity Fair to highlight the firm’s projects. Launched an employee-focused program and manage a $30K budget, which continues to be used to increase staff morale and productivity. Complete travel arrangements for leaders and staff, while carefully managing a $570K travel budget. Engage in business development initiatives sourcing and developing new clients to build the book of business.
