I managed the operations of the community café and all the volunteer staff as well as the youth worker. The youth lounge was open in the evening and with the youth worker we would deliver the charitable aims of the charity. Those aims were to provide advise, educational and general support to the young people of the locality. We would run courses for those unemployed or not in education, work with fellow charities to ensure that young people gained experience not only in work but life skills to help them be the best they could be.
