  Starting my apprenticeship at 22 was, for some, very late in life but my grandfather said “whatever you start you must finish” this has had a profound impact in my life and every decision I have made around continuing certain projects, tasks or accomplishments. Within 13 months I had completed my 4 year apprenticeship and within another 2 years I would end up taking over the kitchen, restaurant and business. Situated on the esplanade in Paradise Point on the Gold Coast, this family friendly, up market bistro was one of the Gold Coast most prestigious Italian eateries. Our culinary expertise was heavily scrutinised but highly regarded by the advanced palette of our clientele, Tier 1 professionals, sports personalities and celebrities all enjoyed every mouthful that was served to them either entrée, main and/or dessert. One of the busiest restaurants on the strip and revered throughout the GC, our cuisine was heavily influenced by the owner Paul Di Cesare.
