Julian was most often described by others as "mature beyond his age". Julian originally joined IT to support the corporate OSS / BSS software suite. Very quickly, Julian demonstrated his considerable talent by implementing an API layer that dramatically improved Wisper’s ability to connect to external partner systems. Not only that, because of Julian's system knowledge, he re-architected and streamlined various customer provisioning and management systems and quickly improved the customer experience. Julian's ability to break down complex issues, his ability to architect software, his calm demeaner under pressure, and his ability to get things done despite competing priorities, quickly earned him the trust and respect of others, and was promoted to development manager. As a development manager, Julian expanded the team and introduced repeatable DevOps processes to manage and track the development progress.
